After I was convinced I had drilled all the holes, I started to dissassemble the fuselage. I decided to remove only a few parts at a time and completely treat them for rivetting. This includes a thorough debur, rolling any edges, checking the drawing for other holes or previsions like platenuts, dimpling, countersinking and even priming.
As I take apart the fuselage I'm going to take each part and work it to rivet readiness.
I started with the forward floor stiffeners, the arm rests, the vertical forward bulkhead pieces, and the gussets.
I discovered a little cut out needed on the bulkhead pieces.
