After dimpling a frame piece I give it a couple turns of the debur tool so the dimple is slightly larger than the skin dimple that will go in here. I've been doing this "dimple cleanup" since the empennage and I might as well keep going now.
I countersunk the forward floor stiffener holes that mate with the bottom skin.
I drilled the #8 platenut holes with my jig on the gussets.
I see some others have strengthened their arm rests. I will investigate this more and I might do it to.
