Before drilling the top and bottom of the F-724 rib you install the F-750 baggage cover. It just clecoes on for now with no drilling. Also I'm looking at it in regard to my removable floors. I will probably put nut plates instead of pulled rivets and screw this cover in place. After clecoeing in place I drilled top and bottom of the vertical baggage rib.
