Brief Description: Mid Fuselage - Insert bolts and rivet top #40's
After riveting the ribs on the wing bulkhead I looked at the 1/4 inch bolts. At first I wanted to push them thru with the nut forward for easy torquing, but I found a note on the drawing that says it is okay for the bolt threads to hit the rib flange. The only way that can happen is for the bolts to go in from the front and the nuts go on the aft side. So that is the way I put them on.
PS, don't torque them now because some of them come out to rivet the bottom skin to the bulkhead flange.
Then I riveted the little #40 rivets in the top of the ribs to the bulkhead.
