After drilling the crotch strap to skin and clecoe-ing it in place I flipped over the assembly and aligned the cratch strap parts with the vertical line I had drawn. I really didn't have to do much. It aligned up pretty good. I used my angle drill to then drill all the holes thru the rib webs, cleco as I go.
