Brief Description: F-705 Bulkhead - Drill Angle, Countersink Holes

I reassembled the bulkhead frame and clamped the angle in position and match drilled the other holes. I also match drilled all the holes in the frame. I examined the drawing and found the holes that will have flush rivets and countersunk those. Below is a photo of my clamps. These are neat little clamps made for building airplanes. I got a few from Boeing surplus and a few from ebay.
