Brief Description: F-704 Bulkhead - Fab F-633 Control Col Mounts 1
I made the F-633 Control Column Mounts. I started by measuring and marking the hole location and cutout. I drilled 1/2 inch diameter holes to create the 1/4 radius along the cut out. My Harbor Freight 2 axis moving table was handy to properly locate the material under the drill. I started with a small drill and then enlarged the hole to 1/2 inch using a step drill. Careful, my drill press chuck hit the top of the bracket making a little scratch/dent. Dang it, I hate when that happens.
