Next step is to put platenuts on the ribs. I glued the template to carboard and used it to locate the holes for the platenutes. Then I used my standard platenut technique to fasten them. My steps are: 1) drill center hole full size to match the bolt. 2) clecoe one side of the platenut and drill the rivet hole. Then the other side. 3) rivet
I used the oops rivets so the heads are really small and don't need much of a countersink to be flush.
And the ribs get the LARGE platenuts, not the small ones. This was not easy to determine from the plan.
