I put the nut on the elbow and torqued it to 115 in-lbs. I had to hold the other side with another wrench. Then I adjusted the direction the flop tube pointed and made it just slightly above horizontal, or parallel with the bottom of the tank. Then I went to work smearing Proseal all over.
