Brief Description: Main Skins - Doubler Cut to Size and Match Drill
I made the wing walk doubler from the aluminum sheets that measured 10 inches by about 40 inches. I positioned it under the skin, drilled all the holes using the skin as template, and then cut the doubler to size 9 3/8 X 26. Then I clecoed the skin and doubler to the wing frames.
