Brief Description:  Ribs - Fluting and Smoothing Nose Rib Tteeth

I flutted all the ribs. I put a board on my tool box at eye level so I could easily see where each rib needed a flute. It was fast to go around and flute all the flanges until straight. At first I was fluting in between every rivet hole but after awhile I discovered you don't need to. Just a few flutes necessary to straighten them. Then I used emory cloth to floss the little teeth flanges on the nose ribs. Finally I ran the nose rib on the large scotchbrite wheel to smooth everything. I also found that you can tune up a scotchbrite wheel with a file. I had several grooves in it and was able to smooth it off running a file against it. It was a large tooth file. And per advice from my brother, Ed, I paid close attention to the end of the main flange near the nose and made sure it was bent in line with all the teeth flanges so it doesn't stick out later and bulge the skin.
