I laid out all the mid ribs and discovered that the ribs marked "L" on the drawing for the left wing need to be "R" ribs on the right wing. Makes sense because the right wing is a mirror image of the left wing. Then I decided to make the wiring provision hole on all the ribs and I made this little aluminum tool to position the holes all in the same place. Worked fine and was simple to make. You could just hold ribs back to back to align a pilot hole. I downloaded and printed the PDF page from Vans that shows the options for enlarging tooling holes and drilling this hole for wiring and pitot tubes.
