Trim tab number two arrived today. I used some hard wood from an old palete for the bending blocks. It is about 5/4 thick and very hard wood. This should work better than pine or particle board. I made the bending blocks per the plan drawing. I used carpet tape which is double back tape. Becareful it is hard to get off. I used two clamps as in plan. And I added one extra clamp to hold the little internal block flush with the outside block that wraps around it. I was careful to line up the bending blocks jon my line and watched for any motion. I bend both at the same time keeping the lower tab inside the upper tab. I finished it with the flush head rivet gun, but I didn't notice that it made any difference. Result is pretty good and repeatable.
