I mixed up some old old Proseal. Even though the shelf life says it has expired, it hasn't. It is a little harder than new, but it still cures fine. And for use as glue it works great. I wouldn't use it for fuel tank sealant if it is old. But old Proseal is good glue.
I riveted the tips on. I clamped the tip around the lead weight.
