Spent the major part of today’s work time fabricating the rudder stiffeners. Made a template and started in. That took some time. That took some time (yes I repeated myself).
Re-assembled and matched drilled.
Deburred, filed and smoothed out the stiffeners. Again, that took some time.
Dimpled the stiffeners and set aside the sinks and the stiffeners for riveting later – since I expect my replacement HS tomorrow from FedEX.
