Brief Description: Finished fitting the cowling
So, as mentioned, it was just a day of sanding, making small cuts, then testing the fit. Finally, at the end of the day, I got the fit exactly like I wanted it. Even the spinner mated right up against the cowling perfectly... perhaps too perfectly. It looked really good on the ground, but in the air with movement, I wasn't going to take a chance that the spinner would begin rubbing the cowling at 2800rpms. Since the cowling was fitting so well, I wasn't going to mess with that, so I elected to file away a quarter inch of the spinner, to give a good margin between them.

Lots of Dremel work today... cut, test, cut, test, cut, test...
Finally perfect fit, but concerned any cowling flex will hit spinner

Now that's the ticket
