The cowling fits together with piano hinges from Aircraft Spruce, plus slight undersized hinge pins. I riveted the cowling pieces together with it, then removed the pin and used the Dremel to file away at the hinge teeth a bit, so it fits together easier. The undersized hinge pins, make a loop in one side, so it's easy to grab, and sharpen the other side into point, so it slides in easier.
Drilling rivet holes... more towards the edge, so there'll be plenty fiberglass behind it
