Started the finishing steps to completing the 705 bulkhead...finally. I am set a new record for slowest build time. The AA in the first picture provides support and a place for the canopy locks when the tip-up canopy is closed. So I clampped the AA in place and marked the slots. Used to the drill press to drill three holes that just about covered the entire slot. I used a small file and my Dremel tool to finish the rest of the work. After cutting the slots out I re-clamped them place and marked the rivet holes (1/8th.) Back to the drill press for the initial drilling using a using a 3/32 and then back to clamping everything together to drill to size.
