It is finally time to start riveting. I double checked everything was deburred and ready to rivet. First was the four platenuts, then to the top of the bulkhead. I riveted the 705J, K and L shim to the top of the bulkhead The first photo shows the completed rivets on the top portion of the bulkhead, the bulkhead is upside down to facilitate the riveting which allowed me to hand squeeze all the rivets. There are several rivets that are not to be set at this time. So I spent a few minutes reviewing the plans and marking all the those rivet holes with blue tape. Only two more steps to go. Finish riveting and drill the blocks for the flaps.
