I borrowed floor jacks from my hangar neighbor Terry Wallace, and an engine hoist from MarcAir Aviation, which I used to lift and level the airplane and take all load off the landing gear struts.
I then sanded small blocks of hardwood into 1" spacers taped atop the main wheels. This will provide the required space between the tire and the wheel pant.
