Brief Description: Access Panel Doubler rivet holes

I spaced out and drilled two rows of rivet holes on the sandwich doublers, 3/4" spacing with an offset. I used the sandwich doublers as the template to match-drill the rivet holes to the skin access panel holes and to the bottom doubler.
