I fabricated fuel lines to connect the wing fuel vent fitting to the fuselage vent line. I believe I provided enough clearance between the fuel tank mount brackets while still keeping the fuel line underneath the intersection skin (not yet installed). I used clear vinyl hose to protect the aluminum tube where it crosses over the fuel tank mount brackets.
Images 2 and 3 give a good look at my safety wiring for the fuel tank mount bracket bolt.
