Brief Description: Redux: Left Intake Snorkel mount, part 1
Randy Richmond, my friend and local Van's A&P expert, gave my left intake/snorkel mount a good look and recommended I redo the effort with a larger and stronger mounting cover: A sincle piece that covers all four corners of the filter, with flanged sides that hold the filter in place. I'm crafting this cover out of 0.041" ALCLAD, and it'll screw into the underlying brackets that hold the FAB snorkel to the intake ramp. More to come on this...
