Brief Description: Installing Oil Cooler/hoses and alternate air cabl
I installed the oil cooler to the plenum behind cylinder 4. I used the Van's-supplied oil lines, but encased them in fire sleeve to prevent chafing against other hoses and wires. I also ran the alternate air control cable through the firewall up to the front left side of the engine (to be connected to the alternate air door, installed later). Image 3 shows how I secured this cable to the engine frame.
