Brief Description: Installing Skyview EMS module

I used the two upper forward fuselage ribs as mounting surfaces for the Skyview Engine Monitoring System (EMS) and Transponder slave modules. These ribs are made of relatively thin alclad, so I beefed them up with stiffeners and platenuts.
