For the wingtip light indents, I decided to line the surface with a reflective surface. At first I thought I'd use mirrored Lexan, but saw an RV-9 that used nice unscratched sheet ALCLAD. I didn't have enough scrap for both wingtips, so I ordered a 2x2 sheet of 0.035 Alclad from Aircraft Spruce. While it ships, I went ahead and traced the indent suface on plain white paper and cut it. I also drew a line across the template at the fold line.
