Brief Description:  Sealing the fuel tanks

Proseal! Yuch!

Sealing the fuel tank requires one smooth line of actions, all accomplished within 30 minutes before the Proseal (a 2-part epoxy-like seal mixture) starts to set up:
- Dope Proseal around the 12 screw holes and mating surface of the access plate.
- Mount the plate, including the cork gasket underneath
- Dip each of the 12 screws into the Proseal (to seal the screw holes) and tighten the access plate into place.
- Install the center-mounted fuel level sender (careful to not get ANY Proseal on the sender mechanism). Again, dip each of the 5 screws in Proseal to seal the screw holes.
- Paint Proseal around the edge of the access plate and fuel sender plate.
- Dap proseal onto the two rivets that hold the blue fitting's mounting bracket in place.

Did this for both wings.

Finally, mounted the water drains (image 3). Carefully dabbed Proseal onto the threads while not getting any onto the spring-mounted plunger.

In a few day's I'll pressure-check the tanks to make sure I have a good seal.
