Whilst waiting for the oven for rivets and the heavier rivet gun, I decided to start on the right wing's rear spar. A fair amount of measuring and marking out later, the wing root upgrades were installed making a huge difference from the original plans (torsion rigidity is fairly weak but I would assume that the ribs and skin attached to the main spar will solve this).
Also installed temporarily the doublers that run the length of the spar. Still need to add a splice and add the aileron hole doubler. Next time.
