Brief Description: Fit Rudder Pedals; Tail Wheel

I reinstalled the rudder pedals after painting and cottered pinned all of the nuts. I installed them temporarily in the fuselage. I did the final fitting on the tail wheel spring mount. I cut three shims to get it to fit properly.
