1. Identified replacement attach plates 6ZU3-3. 2. Removed existing stbd attach plate. 3. Positioned exisiting on new, and back drilled holes with #40 bit. 4. Made successive trial fits of new plate, gradually increasing opening side. 5. Clecoed new plate 6ZU3-3 into position. 6. Opened all but bolt holes with #20 bit for A5 rivets, adding and removing clecos as holes were drilled. 7. Opened AN3 bolt holes with #12 bit, temporarily securing with AN3 bolt. 8. Removed bolts and clecos. 9. Removed 6ZU3-3. 10. Deburred, cleaned, and primed. 11. Removed wing flap mechanism. 12. Reinstalled 6ZU3-3 with clecos. 13. Increased quoted bolt length from AN3-5 to AN3-6 to get sufficient threads showing. 14. Tightened bolts in place. 15. Replaced clecos with A5 rivets.
