Brief Description: Transferred hole for AN5 bolts to doublers
1. Checked diameter of 5/16" holes for tolerance; all OK 2. Used transfer punch to mark the 5/16" holes on the doublers. 3. Removed doublers. 4. Drilled punched holes with 1/4" bit. 5. Opened holes for snug fit with 5/16" bolt wih hand reamer. 6. Marked edges of doublers to match the edges of existing flanges, and trimmed. 7. Cut stress relief holes at corners.
