1) Clamped bottom doubler to front of center spar. 2) Back drilled through spar web into doubler with #20 bit. 3) Clecoed as holes were drilled. 4) Clecoed caps on web. 5) Back drilled through the cap and web into the doubler with 1/4" bit for AN4 bolt locations, using drill press.
