Since the CDI battery is a sealed unit, it does not have quite the same physical needs as traditional battery boxes. Thus, I did not build a bottom for the box, nor cover it with traditional battery paint.
A terminal strip will be mounted on the front of the box. It will hold a diode, one end (ccthode) of which will connect to the positive terminal of the battery, and the other end to the main bettery. Leads will feed through two grommeted holes.
