Brief Description: Replaced rivets in port aileron
Time to rivet the port aileron back together!
1. Slipped gussets back under skin, and clecoed skin in place, using alternate holes. 2. Pulled A4 rivets in alternate holes. 3. Pulled clecoes, and riveted remaining holes on top tide, except mounting holes to mate aieron to wing. 4. Turned aileron over, and clecoed trim motor inspection panel in place. 5. Riveted trim motor inspection panel with A4 rivets. 6. Turned aileron back over, so top surface was exposed. 7. Masked off aft edge of aileron. 8. Applied fresh coat of zinc chromate on surface that mates with wing. Existing coat was scratched in modification. 9. Removed masking tape.
