Brief Description: Removed upper port wing skin rivets
It has been some time since I got any new work done on the aircraft. I've been doing a lot of rework in the cockpit area, and overhauling an O320 for another project. In between tasks on this last effort, I've started installing the modification kit.
0. Moved port wing to work table, with Josh's help. 1. Drilled alternate leading and trailing edge rivet heads with #20 bit, removing rivet heads. 2. Punched rivet body through skin. 3. Clecoed alternate holes. 4. Performed tasks 1-3 on alternate rivets. 5. Drilled alternate rivets on wing ribs, removing rivet heads. 6. Punched rivet body through skin. 7. Clecoed alternate holes. 8. Performed tasks 5-7 on alternate rivets.
