Brief Description:  Installed bottom skin doubler 6ZU2-9

1. Found bottom skin doubler 6ZU2-9.
2. Measured against bottom skin, and marked cuts.
3. Fit inside cockpit, and trimmed iteratively.
4. Duct taped in position.
5. Back drilled existing holes through doubler, and clecoed.
6. Remofved from fuselage.
7. Established new rivet line along front of doubler.
8. Center punched, and drilled pilot holes with #40 bit.
9. Removed rivets in area of doubler from center floor stiffner 6B10-2, and front lower longerons, 6B10-3.
10. Slipped doubler under center floor stiffner and longerons on bottom of aircraft.
11. Clecoed selected previously drilled holes to position doubler.
12. Back drilled new holes with #40 bit, clecoing as holes were drilled.
13. Opened holes for A5 rivets with #20 bit, except within center floor stiffner, where a #30 bit was used.
14. Removed doubler.
15. Deburred and primed with zinc chromate primer.
16. Reinstalled and clecoed doubler at the same time as the center spar.
17. Riveted with A5 and A4 rivets, as appropriate. Used AN3-6 bolts at front of center spar, where it meets the lower longeron.
