At the present point, we should have been ready to use the starter for the first time. I switched on the master, and pressed the starter buttom. I could hear the starter solenoid pull it, but the prop did not rotate. A check at the starter terminal indicated 12 volts with the starter button pressed.
I did a check of the installation instructions, and found a missing jumper. WIth it installed, the prop turned over.
