1) Located lower rudder fairing 6T5-4. 2) Marked location in rudder 3) Drilled 3 pilot holes per side. 4) Checked location on aircraft - upper end of fairing is approximatedly too far forward. 5) Repositioned fairing, and drilled 2 new pilot holes per side. 6) Clecoed, and fit checked on aircraft. 7) Drilled remaining pilot holes. 8) Cut excess material from fairing. 9) Opened pilot holes with #30 bit for A4 rivets. 10) Deburred and primed mating surfaces. 11) Clecoed, then riveted with A4 rivets. 12) FIt checked on aircraft.
