Brief Description:  Install aft fwd skin

1. Located middle top skin 6B21-7,
2. Marked center line, and location of top-most rivet hole in baggage rack bulkhead 6B12-2, center top rivet hole in second tube 6B21-2.
3. Drilled rivet holes with #40 bit.
4. Drilled #40 hole in center top of second tube 6B21-2.
5. Clecoed middle top skin to baggage rack bulkhead and second tube.
6. Taped bottom edge of skin in place on port side.
7. Back drilled (#40 bit) rivet holes in baggage rack bulkhead through stbd skin, clecoing as holes were drilled.
8. Repeated steps 6 and 7 for the other side.
9. Removed first tube 6B21-1.
10. Marked line on either side second tube 6B21-2 to locate rivet locations.
11. Removed skin 6B212-7.
12. Located rivet positions between second tube lines, marked, and drilled with #40 bit.
13. Reinstalled first tube 6B21-1.
14. Checked alignment of 6B21-1 and 6B21-2.
15. Reinstalled skin, clecoing at rear, and duct taping at lower edges.
16. Back drilled rivet holes through skin into second tube, usign #40 bit.
17. Clecoed in place.
18. Marked lines on skin, on either side of first tube, to locate rivets.
19. Removed skin.
20. Located rivet positions for first tube, marked, and drilled with #40 bit.
21. Rought cut leading edge of skin.
22. Re-installed skin. Clecoed to baggage rear bulkhead, and second tube. Ducted taped lower edge.
23. Back drilled through skin into first tube, using #40 bit.
24. Located first and last rivet positions on bottom of stbd side skin.
25. Drilled with #40 bit.
26. Located rivet line between the first and last rivet, spacing per dwg 6B21.
27. Punched and drilled rivets, starting at center, using #40 bit.
28. Repeated steps 24-27 for port skide.
29. Opened appropriate rivet holes with #30 bit for A4 rivets.
30. Opened holes for longeron splice with #20 bit for A4 rivets.
22. Back drilled through skin into first tube.
