Brief Description: Trim and hang forward side skins
1. Reinstalled upper forward port longeron. 2. Hung port skin, and clecoed in place. 3. Attempted to mark excess lower area by spraying with zinc chromate, then realized part was already primed with zinc chromate, and the new coat wouldn't show. 4. Marked area to be removed with lead pencil. 5. Removed skin. 6. Cut area to be removed with tim snips. 7. Sanded edge smooth with belt sander, and filed detail. 8. Rehung skin. 9. Lower surface still not flush - marked again! 10. Sanded to mark with belt sander. 11. Primed sanded area with zinc chromate primer. 12. Hung skin again. 13. Installed stiffners associated with skin throughout port front side. 14. Installed clecoes in alternate rivet holes throughout port front side. 15. Installed port gear channel, and bolted in place as appropriate.
