Brief Description: Fab & Install lower elevator fairlead
1. Cut fairlead per dwg on bandsaw. 2. Trimmed edge on belt sander, and filed off "fuzz." 3. Pilot drilled 5 holes with #40 bit on drill press. 4. Positioned on center seat back channel. 5. Back drilled 5 pilot holes in seat back channel with #40 bit. 6. Opened center hole to 3/4" with hole saw. 7. Deburred hole. 8. Re-clecoed fairlead and opened remaining holes with #20 bit. 9. Deburred holes. 10. Primed mating surface on fair lead with zinc chromate primer. 11. Clecoed in place, and riveted with A5 rivets.
