Brief Description: Added vertical and side stiffners to forward fusel
|

1. Cut two 465mm pieces of "L" angle, per dwg 6B15.
2. Made small crimps at 30, 25, 25, 25, 25, 25, and 25 mm, which made a slight bend in one surface of the lower end of the "L" angles.
3. Holding "L" angle vertical, set in place, and compared curve to curve of fuselage side.
4. Increased depth of crimp until a match was obtained.
5. Marked rivet line down the center of each "L" angle.
6. Set in place, and back drileld each with #40 bit, clecoing as each hole was back drilled.
7. Cut upper, middle, and lower horizontal side stiffners for each side per 6B15.
8. Marked center rivet line on each.
9. Held in place, locating rivet line through pre-drilled holes, and back drilled each with #40 bit, clecoing as holes were drilled.10.
10. Opened all #40 holes in side stiffners, and bottom/side skin interface with #30 bit for A4 rivets.
