Brief Description: Replaced upright channels and installed upper chan
1. Positioned replacement upright channels (6B5-6), and marked area to be removed. 2. Removed area on both channels with bandsaw. 3. Deburred end where area was removed. 4. Positioned upright channels against side of aircraft, and backdrilled, using previous holes. 5. Clecoed. 6. Marked location of upright channel on rear wing spar attach, and pilot drilled through previous holes. 7. Clecoed. 8. Positioned upper channel, and located center position, clamping in place. 9. Marked position on upper channel (6B5-3). 10. Removed upper channel, marked and center punched rivet location. 11. Pilot drilled rivet locations with #40 bit. 12. Placed upper channel in correct location on uprights and reclamped. 13. Back drilled one pilot hole on each side with #40 bit and clecoed. 14. Removed clamps. 15. Back drilled remaining holes with #40 bit. 16. Opened holes with #40 bit for A5 rivets.
