Brief Description: Preparation of baggage floor for installation
1. Verified aircraft straight with laser. 2. Laid baggage floor 6B16-1 in place. 3. Clamped under front bulkhead. 4. Trimmed front side edges to fit, using sheet metal shears. 5. Filed trimmed area smooth. 6. Removed baggage floor. 7. Cut "L" angles to span baggage floor per dwg 6B16. 8. Marked end rivet holes on "L" angles, punched, and drilled with #40 bit. 9. Used rivet span to establish 100 mm pitch on "L" angles. 10. Punched and drilled. 11. Drilled end holes on back edge of baggage floor. 12. Established 40mm pitch with rivet fan; marked. 13. Punched and drilled with #40 bit.
