Brief Description: Clecoed remaining bulkheads in place
1. Fit check middle bulkhead 6B12-1. 2. Trimmed ends of lower flange to fit fuselage. 3. Marked rivet locations on bulkhead flange, punched, and drilled with #40 bit. 4. Positioned in fuselage, and clamped in place. 5. Back drilled rivet locations with #40 bit. 6. Opened rivet locations with #30 bit for A4 rivets, per dwg 6B12. 7. Clecoed bulkhead in place. 8. Fit check baggage back bulkhead. 9. Trimmed lower flage ends to fit fuselage. 10. Marked rivet locations on bulkhead flange, punched and drilled with #40 bit. 11. Opened rivet holes with #30 bit for A4 rivets. 12. Clamped baggage back bulkhead in place. 13. Sprayed zinc chromate through rivet holes to get location. 14. Center punched locations and drilled with #40 bit. 15. Back drilled with #30 bit for A4 rivets. 16. Clecoed in place.
Comment: It would have been easier not to have put the stiffners on first, but to drill the bulkhead into position, then add the stiffners.
