Brief Description: Adjusted elevator deflection & cable tension
1. The illustration on drawing 6S4 proports to show the correct elevator deflection. Unfortunately, this drawing shows a protractor centered on the control axis, but the measurement made to a point which will not yield the correct angular deflection.
2. I made the best measuirements I could, and set the elevator for 32 degrees up and 12 degrees down, which is within the torerance shown on 6S4.
3. I tensioned the cables with the turnbuckles for 40 pounds, and saftied the turnbuckles.
