I finished the co-pilot seat today after a lot of work. I stitched the cover to the foam cushions in the same manner discussed for the pilot seat,
I'm glad it's finished, and I would not recommend this task to anyone without uholstry experience. The 10 hour number is only for attaching the seat cover to the foam, and does not include the time I spent cutting and shaping foam, guing it together, and so on. I could have bought better looking finished cushions for little more than the cost of materials I bought, ignoring the time I spent.
