Brief Description: Installed the rear canopy frame
I finally built a jig, with the same dimensions as the aircraft, to which I could mount the canopy,. and at the same time, check frame length.This proved to be a worthwhile step. I was able to tweak the curvature of the frame, and set the length more correctly.
I finally got the frame in place, and the canopy fit, with the exception of the far left and right aft edges. This was discussed on a previous page. I'll use some hard foam as a closeout, to reduce or eliminate wind noise.
