1) Clecoed tip rib 6T1-8 into position. 2) Slipped fiberglass tip under the horizontal stabilizer skin, and over the tip rib. 3) Pilot drilled through horizontal stab into tip rib. 4) Extended rivet line along back of tip rib with rivet fan, and pilot drilled with #40 bit. 5) Accomplished same on top and bottom of fibverglass tip. 6) Opened pilot holes with #30 bit for A4 rivets. 7) Removed fiberglass tip and tip rib. 8) Cleanded up and deburred. 9) Reinstalled tip rib, and riveted with A4 rivets. 10) Clecoed fiberglass tip into place, clecoing alternate rivet holes. 11) Riveted with A4 rivets, removed clecoes, and riveted remaining holes
