Brief Description: Installed nut plates on side and rear baffles.
1. With side baffles temporarily installed, clamped rear baffles into position. 2. Drilled ceter holes for nut plates to attach side baffles to rear. 3. Drilled center holes to attach rear baffles to ear other. 4. Removed baffles from aircraft. 5. Clecoed nut plates in place. 6. Back drilled nut plate mounting holes. 7. Opened center hole to allow easy passage of screws. 8. Deburred, and riveted nut plates in place. 9. Reinstalled baffles for fit check.
